This class is designed to help you build physical strength while staying connected to your breath.
We’ll move through a slow but powerful sequence that targets the core, legs, and upper body, using bodyweight, balance, and breath to support a strong foundation from the inside out.

Meet madam curiosa
At nearly 500 pounds, I turned to yoga as a way to reconnect with my body, shedding nearly 200 pounds along the way. But more importantly, this journey sparked a curiosity that brought peace to my mind, depth to my relationships, and joy to my creativity.
Now, through Club Curiosa, I invite you to explore yoga, energy work, and storytelling in a space that welcomes all bodies and all curiosities. Here, we celebrate moving boldly, living curiously, and embracing a life's magic.
