This is for you if:

You feel good in beginner yoga and want the next step.

You want your movements to connect and actually feel like flow.

Big “all levels” classes still feel too fast or intimidating.

You want steady growth in strength, endurance, and emotional capacity.

You’re craving a warm, honest community to move with.

Meet madam curiosa

I’m Amanda, also known as Madam Curiosa. I’m a plus-size yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, sound healer, and storyteller who creates body-inclusive spaces rooted in curiosity, connection, and a little magic.

At nearly 500 pounds, I reconnected with my body through yoga and magic, releasing nearly 200 pounds and the weight of my own expectations of who I was and who I'm meant to be. That experience shapes how I teach today: slow, honest, and made for real people with real lives, not perfection.
