A 6-week yoga series for anyone who feels ready for a little more flow.

So, you’re feeling more at home in your yoga practice and you’re starting to wonder what it might feel like to keep moving instead of stopping after every pose.

You're never gonna believe what happens next!

Move Curiously 2: Flow is a space to explore that. Over six weeks, we’ll take the shapes you already know and gently link them together, so you can follow your breath, find your own rhythm, and let your practice feel smoother and more connected.

We’ll move through simple, repeatable sequences that build over time. As you keep showing up, your strength and endurance grow, and it feels easier to stay with yourself, even when things get a little spicy.

There’s more room for your feelings, more patience, and a deeper sense of “I can do this.”

Meet madam curiosa

I’m Amanda, also known as Madam Curiosa. I’m a plus-size yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, sound healer, and storyteller who creates body-inclusive spaces rooted in curiosity, connection, and a little magic.

At nearly 500 pounds, I reconnected with my body through yoga and magic, releasing nearly 200 pounds and the weight of my own expectations of who I was and who I'm meant to be. That experience shapes how I teach today: slow, honest, and made for real people with real lives, not perfection.
